What's eligible

Each seller sets their own return policy — visible on the product page. By default:

Every Craftrader purchase is automatically covered by Buyer Protection. You'll get a full refund if:

Buyer Protection requires you to open the case within the 30-day window after delivery (or 30 days past the expected delivery date if the item never arrives).

FAQ

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyers typically pay return shipping. Exception: if the item arrived damaged or significantly different than described, the seller covers it.

How long do refunds take?

After approval, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing may add 1-3 days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges are made directly with the seller. Message them through Craftrader — most will swap if the item is in stock.

What about custom orders?

Custom and personalized items are typically final sale unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the agreed design. Always confirm details in Messages before ordering custom work.

What if the seller doesn't respond?

If a seller doesn't respond within 48 hours, open a Craftrader dispute. Our resolutions team will step in and mediate.
